[Insufficient of seam/stitching/finishing process]

During production of clothes it has been going through with not only machinery work but also handmade, seam and closing part may not be neatly done. Finishing part of bottom zipper, curling situation with seams is not defective product. We are doing our best to clean this problem out but if has not been clean please use scissors to remove it.

[Difference between site image and real product of torn, worn out]

Worn out (torn) style product, thread can be coming out naturally and it can be worn more vintage.

Detail photo and difference between real torn and worn out part cannot be shown as defective product.

[Zip up problem]

For new product zipper may not be smooth and it can be stiff. Fabric or thread can be stuck with the zipper that can also cause problem for the zipper.

It is not defective product, it can be solved by removing the thread or fabric.

Badblood’s zipper product is made with high elastic band and it can be just worn by itself. (zippers are made for someone with volume waist and hips)

[Coloring or fading out]

At the beginning for denim it is natural that color can be fade out.

Especially for first washing in order to prevent fading out and color bleeding we suggest dry-cleaning.

Afterwards if it need cleaning make sure turn inside out the product and use neutral detergent and wash gently with cold water. (Frequent washing is not recommend)

For denim product when it match with bright colored clothes or underwear it can cause color bleeding so please be aware of this situation.

It is not a defective product when product fade out.

★Acrylic, linen fabric can cause color bleeding as well.

[Odor problem]

Produced in factory and packing straight away after checking, new product can be smelly (dying & leather & bond smell)

In this case putting in well ventilated place for a day the odor will come off.

Odor problem is hard to determine as defective product

[In case of stone, sand and fabric scratch on the product]

In case of Denim there are all sorts of different washing such as water, chemical, sand washing.

In order to make detailed and high quality product using stone or sand washing, residue can be found out in the pocket.

For scratch on jeans it has been cause during washing process but it can cause only very small scratch and it is very natural problem. Inside of the pocket,

it can be found little fluff. Both cases it is not a defective product.

[irregular stripe, logo and checked pattern]

Stripe/logo/check patterned product is not hand-made product. During process of cutting the fabric it may be titled and may not be exactly same.

In this case we don’t declare this as a defective product please be aware.

[Different of Sizing]

Due to the method of measuring, position, production it can be cause 2~4cm difference according to the size table.

If the product has more than 4cm difference please contact our customer service.

[Different size problem purchasing same product with different color]

During dying process fabric can be reducing and even though it is the same product size can have little difference. Please be aware of this problem and it is not defective product.

[wrinkle, dust, fluff, pressing of the product]

Badblood product is packed by hand. Wrinkle, dust, fluff cannot be the reason for defect. During packing,

delivery it can cause wrinkle on the product and pressing problem it can be iron out or during washing it can be removed

[Chalk mark (white/blue/red others) or line on the product]

White/blue/red/other color line or dot is a chalk mark and it can be different for each factory.

Chalk marks during production of the product can be remove with simple steam or washing. It is not a defective product.

[loosening problem of the Button]

Button is installed with machine during this process it can be installed little bit loosen.

In this case it is not a defective product. (except denim product)

[Difference between product color and detail photo color]

Photo worn by model can be different by natural sunlight, resolution, little photo shopped.

Product detail photo, expanded photo is more close to real color so we recommend to check this photo for the coloring.

Each electronic device has different resolution, lightening and others in this case it is hard to tell defective product

[see through problem]

White colored, light colored and light fabric can be see through please be aware of this kind of product.

[product with contamination]

Product with very soft and bright color fabric, little dot contamination cannot be found with photo but sometimes it can be found with naked eye.

It is matter of fabric and color itself and it is not defective product.

All the bright color product is involved and someone who has very sensitive about this problem please be aware.
